When to use Bulk Send

If you need to send the same template to many recipients at once (for example, an NDA to fifty new hires), use Bulk Send instead of creating envelopes one at a time.

How it works

1. Go to Bulk Send and choose the template.
2. Upload a CSV mapping each row to the template's roles (name/email per role, plus any merge field values).
3. Review the batch — SignFlow validates every row before sending.
4. Submit the batch. SignFlow creates and sends one independent envelope per row.

Tracking a batch

Each batch has its own status page showing every envelope it created and their individual progress, so you don't have to hunt through the main Envelopes list.
