Understanding Organizations, Teams & Members

Organization

Everything you create — templates, envelopes, recipients — belongs to your organization. If you have teammates, you're all working inside the same organization and can see each other's templates and envelopes.

Members and roles

Under Members in the sidebar, an org admin can invite teammates by email. Each member gets a system role:

• org-admin — full access: manage templates, send envelopes, manage members/teams, configure webhooks and API keys, and change organization settings.
• member — can view templates, create and send envelopes, and manage recipients, but can't change organization-wide settings.

Teams

Teams let you group members (e.g. "Sales", "HR") for organizational purposes.

Settings

Under Settings, an org admin can update the organization's name, branding colors, and the "from" name/address used on outgoing emails.
